Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for new, unopened, and unused products that are not customized within 21 days of purchase.
A receipt or packing slip is required for all returns.
A $7 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount per order.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, based on method of payment.
Returns will not be accepted after 21 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for custom or personalized products.
Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. We do not accept returns for items bought outside of our website.
